How we make money (full transparency)

Attorneys and law firms pay to participate in our network. That is how the service stays completely free for accident victims. You will never receive a bill from us, and the attorneys you connect with typically work on contingency — meaning they only collect a fee if they recover compensation for you, under a written agreement you make directly with them.

Our editorial standards

• Every substantive claim about trucking regulations cites its source — primarily the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR), FMCSA, and NHTSA data.
• Content is written for accuracy first and reviewed on a schedule; every article displays its last-reviewed date.
• We do not promise outcomes, publish fake reviews, or use scare tactics. If content ever suggests a guaranteed result, it is an error — tell us and we will fix it.
• Our educational content is general information, never a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state.
